ProNovia SAP PLM Expert GroupProNovia SAP PLM customers are organized in ProNovia SAP PLM Expert Groups in order to discuss SAP relevant subject on a regular basis. Members of ProNovia SAP PLM Expert Groups regulary hold intensive all-day meetings at a ProNovia SAP PLM customer. They learn about their specific SAP PLM implementation and their achievments. The following subjects are beeing presented by the ProNovia customer: - Company, indsutrial sector, market and products
- IT-strategy, especially SAP and PLM relevant applications
- Business processes, e.g. PLM processes with basic standards.
- PLM project, especially implementation stages and phases, evaluation criteria and desicions, cost-benefit ratio, risk and sucess experiences
- Special interesting PLM modules and funktions, application and system integration, process automization and data consistency
- system presentations
In addition special technical lectures are held and information about SAP news and ProNovia SAP PLM news are announced. This exchange of project experiences, the knowhow transfer in expert groups as well as the exchange of functions, solutions and data experiences is well appreciated by all participants.
